Something true to hold onto.

Why affirmations help
When something hard happens, your brain can get stuck on harsh thoughts like “this is my fault” or “nobody cares.” Saying a kinder, true sentence on purpose gives your brain another path to follow. It won’t fix everything, but repeated often it can make the hard thoughts quieter.
Try one in the morning, before bed, or any time a feeling gets big. The ones you keep show up in your space.
